o.O ok the two small strings on the side? where do they go? -falls over- i got to excited came to late for the tournament, however we generaly dont wear hakama's just Gi's but its cool it came while i was in the middle of free sparring...

you guys should post a direction thingy... :D

Yup, we're planing on putting together a set of instructions for the Hakama.
As for the side Ties, you can do whatever you want with them. I usually drop them down the inside of the leg when I'm not using them to tie the legs up on the side. Either that or I use them as extra waist ties.
