That shirt is definitly one I want to get into production. I'm thinking of doing one with a black jersey and a pattern boardcloth.
Need to carry the boardcloth up onto the shoulders a bit though I believe.

Now, do you mean a broadcloth? I'm currently working on a poofy shirt design myself. I got a bunch of fine wool fabric when I went to a wool mill in Washougal WA on a field trip for my textiles class. it'll have tucks comming from the shoulder seam and below the front placket that's 5" or so down from the collar. the back will have a yoke and below that similar tucks. the sleeves will also have tucks comming from the shoulder and the cuffs, which will be 6-7" long.

Your shirt design sounds cool.
Can you send me the details on the woolen mill?
I didn't even know we had one here in WA.
